Hi Quilty Friends! It’s Christmas in July!!! Cutting Christmas fabric in the summer heat cools me down! 

I'm so excited to host the Good Tidings FREE Quilt Along! I will be sharing the Good Tidings Quilt Pattern section each week  - here on my A Bit of Scrap Stuff Blog.

Cutting Tips

• I HIGHLY recommend using the Sue Daley / Riley Blake Designs 16" Rotating Circle Cutting Mat with the Lori Holt Cute Cuts Trim It 6.5" ruler when fussy cutting the Star Center (B) square

• If fussy cutting CHRISTMAS from the All About Typography fabric - be sure that you have 3 full repeats of CHRISTMAS so you are able to cut two 'S' or one may not be centered.
• If fussy cutting CHRISTMAS from the All About Typography fabric - be especially careful cutting the C and S letters. It will be a tight cutting.

• Alphabitties. These handy little plastic squares are great for keeping your cut pieces organized!
